Mission To provide nutrition education and expert advice to improve human existence, globally.
Founded in 2004, Eat The Truth specializes in custom food and nutrition education and complete wellness services; which includes worksite wellness programs, individual/family consultations, healthy cooking classes and demonstrations, in-service training at clinics and schools, speaking engagements, health fair exhibits, and community health education. We provide the tools to live longer, feel better, and improve wellbeing.
Eat The Truth has and is still developing partnerships with select companies to combine missions and spread the word about nutrition and wellness. In hopes of reaching a greater audience, we collaborate efforts of the mission and help improve the quality of life by reducing health epidemics and increasing wellness.
