Coco Frey, founder and principal of Eat the Truth, LLC has an array of experience in the nutritional health and wellness fields and with a tenacious entrepreneur spirit, she provides a unique combination of talents. Frey holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Food and Nutrition in the Business and Industry and a minor in Entrepreneurship from Texas Woman’s University (TWU). She was one of six graduates from the College of Health Sciences, who received special recognition and a medallion from the Chancellor, for completing her academic studies in the Honors Scholar Program. Her capstone project focused on child nutrition in schools. Frey was also a member of Phi Upsilon Omicron and the president of the Student Dietetic Association her senior year. With great passion, Frey is an advocate of nutrition and dietetics and is dedicated to sharing her knowledge with the general public. With over ten years of experience in food and nutrition; additional she has traveled the world to gain insight on world healing techniques. In Madrid, Spain, Frey received a Gastronomy Certificate and in San Ignacio, Belize she received a Natural Healing Certificate. Frey’s personal mission is to help improve the quality of life by reducing health epidemics and increasing wellness. Frey has future plans to develop products and services related to food and nutrition education; with an emphasize on the media and global outreach.
