Cooking Classes and Demos
Healthy Food and Cooking Demo – Combine all the knowledge into the pan. Easy cooking techniques, sanitation and safety knowledge, healthy recipes, and delicious meals for you and/or your family, or at your worksite.
Cooking Classes – Cookin’ with Coco, Hands on Healthy Kitchen Series available at Sur La Table (Please see www.surlatable.com for calendar of events). We also offer community classes at the Dallas Farmers Market.
Speaking Engagements/Presentations:
One of our nutritionists are available for expert presentations at conferences, conventions, exhibits, and fairs. Additionally, offered to small corporations, clinics, community locations, and schools. Session topics vary from general health concerns to specific nutrition topics. Prices vary from $200-750 depending on number of participants.
Business to Business:
Food Retail/Manufactures: We can evaluate your products/goods and perform an in-depth lesson to your employees and/or to the public. OR - Do you have a new healthy product and want to reach consumers? Let us market and demo your product at an event, grocery store, or health fair and provide you the market research. $50-200/hr.
Community Events:
Eat The Truth often provides nutrition education at health fairs and other wellness events throughout the metroplex. We have a working partnership with the Texas A&M Co-op Extension, Dallas Farmers Market, City of Irving, DFW Area Health and Education Centers, Parkland Health Network, and many others. If you are planning a health fair, please send us an invitation. We try to give back to non-profits as much as possible; so, if you need an expert on nutrition, we will discount our prices.
